Why meditation completely transforms you. Meditation not only is a stress reliever it can completely transform the way you think, feel, and live. The powers it has is amazing, meditation can completely transform you. Your brain slows down and it can lower your blood pressure, slows down aging, and it has pain relieving properties are affective as morphine. It slows down aging and helps the brain in making better decisions, it increases gray matter in the cortical walls, and this cortical thickness is associated with decision making, attention, and memory. It also makes you less reactive and irritated. You will be less likely to get mad while waiting in line or be irked by the little things or even the big things.

So why don’t more people meditate? Lots of reasons, culture, religions, difficult, complexity...and some people think they just can’t stop to sit and think about something or nothing. It’s not always about clearing your mind but actively engaging your mind to act ,and asking yourself a series of questions to get you to reflect on certain things.
